Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) Information Delivery System - BIDS
Each year the CTTSO publishes combating terrorism requirements in two Broad Agency Announcements. BIDS, our sister-site, is used to post the BAAs. Businesses of all sizes and types, educational institutions, government agencies, and nontraditional submitters are encouraged to review the BAA packages and propose solutions to the requirements. CTTSO Business Cycle
The CTTSO business cycle is a deliberate yet flexible process that meets the needs for rapid prototyping and fielding of technology and equipment in support of the combating terrorism mission. FedBizOpps.gov is the single government point-of-entry (GPE) for Federal Government procurement opportunities over $25,000. Government buyers publicize business opportunities by posting information directly to FedBizOpps via the Internet. BAAs are announced in FedBizOpps. Click here to visit the site.
Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for more than $400 billion in Federal grants. Grants.gov is THE single access point for over 1000 grant programs offered by all Federal grant-making agencies. The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is proud to be the managing partner for Grants.gov, an initiative that is having an unparalleled impact on the grant community.
The Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs advises the Secretary of Defense on all matters related to small business, represents the Secretary of Defense on major small business matters addressed at the OSD level, develops DoD-wide small business policy and provides oversight to ensure compliance by all military departments and defense agencies, and provides Military Departments, Defense Agencies, and Procurement Technical Assistance Centers with training and tools to foster an environment that encourages small business participation in defense acquisition.
